As its name suggests, this is a joint project between Regency Group's Al Asmakh Development and Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. The futuristic design of the 25-storey Mövenpick Residence & Suites Doha creates a landmark in the heart of Doha's business and leisure centre – the affluent West Bay area which is just 10 minutes from the airport.

Most of the 204 rooms and 140 one-bedroom suites have kitchenettes. The flexibility of the interior design, with connecting doors between the room and suite, is a new concept of Mövenpick hotels that allows for 86 two-bedroom and 14 three-bedroom suites when required.

The meeting facilities are comprised of a 240 square meter function room, six meeting rooms of varying sizes, and a fully equipped business centre. Restaurants are aplenty to cater to all tastes.

Noodles restaurant at the ground floor serves lunch and dinner in a setting fit for those who live a trendy lifestyle. Our Cafe serves different types of coffee from different parts of the world. It's situated in an extended leisure area that overlooks the Arabian Club and is just a 2-minute walk to City Centre and the Exhibition Centre. An all-day dining restaurant serves lunch and dinner buffets plus a magnificent beach view.

The 25th floor is dedicated to leisure activities. It features a swimming pool which by night is converted to one of the best skyline restaurants in the city. In addition there will be a children's game room, a health and fitness centre with four massage rooms. Just a floor below it is a large gymnasium equipped with the latest machines and bars and plates without a hint of rust in them.

Eight facilities can host large conferences, meetings, seminars, training activities and product launches.

Parking is not a problem as the space is large enough for 250 cars.
