We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations. The ideal candidate’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Scope of Job:
- • Overseeing facilities operations
- • Managing facilities budgets other financial aspects of business
- • Directing routine maintenance
- • Responding to emergencies
- • Managing contractors
- • Pursuing Business Development
- • Overseeing security, and conducting site inspections
- • Tracking QA/QC development and implementation.
Job Profile:
- • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management.
- • Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar roles in Facilities Management companies.
- • Strong interpersonal skills.
- • Excellent communication skills.
- • Project management experience.
- • Additional exposure to budgets and P&L”s
- • Multitasking abilities.
- • Good problem-solving skills.
