We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations. The ideal candidate’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Scope of Job:
- • Monitoring daily ground operations of facilities.
- • Coordinating with Head of Facilities on operational requirements.
- • Directing routine maintenance with operations managers
- • Responding to emergencies
- • Managing contractual requirements of existing contracts
- • Conducting site inspections
- • Monitoring the QA/QC implementations at facilities services.
Job Profile:
- • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management.
- • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in similar roles in Facilities Management companies.
- • Strong interpersonal skills.
- • Excellent communication skills.
- • Multitasking abilities.
- • Good problem-solving skills.
